Chanel is really doing it to me this year! They have really outdone themselves. The historic and beloved label has something for everyone. They have pieces for the everyday Joanna's all the way to Lady Gaga's little monsters. The jewelry, the cover-ups, and even some of the jackets are appliquéd with what looks, to the naked eye, like shimmery iridescent scales. It is a little bit of a stretch from the classic Chanel, but it is still full of great, thorough, well-made works of fashion art. I think this shows that Chanel is far done and is definitely here to stay.
